Coffee Guide

Ground or Beans

A good cup starts with what you enjoy.

Choose your flavour

For a balanced, chocolatey cup, start with Everyday Blend. Prefer something brighter? Try Morning Light. Slow Sunday sits comfortably between fruity and comforting, while After Hours brings a deeper, bolder profile. For less caffeine, reach for Day Off Decaf.

Whole bean or ground

Choose whole bean if you have a grinder at home. Grinding just before brewing helps preserve the coffee’s aroma.

Choose ground if you prefer convenience. Our standard ground option is a medium grind for filter brewing. Using a French press, moka pot or espresso machine? Mention your brewing method in your enquiry so the example enquiry includes what you need.

Your next steps

Pick your bag size

250 g is a good place to start when trying something new.

500 g gives you more of a favourite to enjoy.

1,000 g suits shared kitchens and regular coffee drinkers.

Start with a simple recipe

For filter coffee, try 15 g of coffee for every 250 ml of water. Adjust to taste and follow the guidance for your brewing equipment.

Keep it fresh

Store your coffee in a tightly closed bag or airtight container, away from heat, light and moisture. Keep the bag closed between brews and grind whole beans when you need them.
